How to Buy Delaware Hunting License

-You must first posses a valid hunter safety education card or number. Whichever your state has

-Next DNREC (Delaware Natural Resources) must validate hunter safety card

PLEASE GIVE DNREC SEVERAL DAYS TO VERIFY

-We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend doing this process a couple weeks in advance 

-After verification you are ready to buy a Delaware hunting License. Here are the required criteria to hunt 

• Delaware Resident or Non-Resident hunting license 3-day or full year up to you. You can also select which days you want license to be valid for according to you hunt plans 
• Delaware State Duck Stamp 
• Federal Duck Stamp 
• HIP Number (DNREC website will direct you to obtain HIP Number)
• Delaware State Park Hunting Pass
• Conservation Access Pass (free with purchase of license, it is a pass for you vehicle 

Licenses will be checked by Captain Riley Hicks morning of hunt for completion and validation
