-Captain Riley Hicks is not responsible for, any damages to personal items, Ex. waders, jackets, guns, etc.

-Captain Riley Hicks is not responsible for any personal injuries that may occur anytime during the hunt/hunts.

-This is hunting, not killing. As hunters we should know that we are not guaranteed limits, or any birds at all. Captain Riley Hicks will do everything in his power to make sure you have plentiful, safe, and fun hunt.

-Deposits are non-refundable 

-Full payment not received 72 hours in advance of scheduled hunt will result in termination in hunt. only applies if paying by card

-Any unsafe hunting practices WILL NOT be tolerated and will result in your personal termination of hunt with no refund of that day

• WADERS ARE REQUIRED TO HUNT 
• YOU WILL GET WET 
• BRING WATERPROOF GEAR AND CLOTHING
• WEAR NECESSARY CLOTHING ACCORDING TO TEMPERATURE
• YOU MAY GET SEASICK ON BOAT RIDE AND/OR HUNTING OUT OF BOAT
